God Made Animals

Welcome back Covenant families. Hopefully everyone is settling into their routines. This week's bible unit is God Made Animals (Genesis 1:20-25) which continues with the concept of "God Made Everything in the World".

 



Covenant Family Picnic

 

Please join us as we kick off the school year with a family picnic and barbeque dinner. With a reservation, friends and family of the preschool and Child's Day Out are welcome to attend!

 

When: Thursday, September 18 from 5:30-7:00pm

Where: Patio & Playground (FEB room 200 if raining)

Cost: $8 adults, $4 children

Bring: Blanket or lawn chair

Make & Take

 

Don't miss the Make & Take in the second floor lobby Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, September 18. PAT Parent Activities Coordinators, Lindsey Cook and Diane Hurtado, will have a table set up where you can stop by right after drop-off and make a quick "activity bag" to take home with you. This month's Make & Take is "Get up and Move Dice".

HopeFest

 

Do you have gently used baby equipment and gear that you are no longer using? What about maternity clothes? Baby and children's clothing? Please consider supporting HopeFest '14. Donations will be accepted in the boxes on both second and third floors through October 16. More information can be found on the flyer.

 

 

 

New Floor in the Outdoor Playhouse!

The outdoor playhouse has a brand new floor!  We are so excited about this and so thankful to all of our volunteers.  A special shout out to the families who installed the new floor – Andrew and Ashley Ellison, Tasos and Roxi Tsakas, Dustin and Amy Johnson, Eric and Jenny Carman and Nathan and Beth Feger (former preschool parents).  Their skills, technical expertise and most especially their TIME are SO very appreciated!  If you are on the big kid playground, please stop by and take a look.  We can already tell how much the kids are loving it!
